All Sales Are Final

 

For hygiene reasons and the safety of our customers, all sales of undergarments are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We take great care in inspecting all orders before they are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at laceup625@gmail.com or by sending a message to our WhatsApp number 0315-5484227.

  2. Provide Proof: In your message, you must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Inspection: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence. Once we confirm the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will guide you on the next steps.

 

Resolution

 

If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

  • Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the item, which you can use for a future purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds.

 

Shipping Costs

 

If an item is found to be damaged or defective, Laceup will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item to you.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
